Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

• In the same condition that you received it

Due to the nature of nutritional supplement products, opened or used items cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Products with damaged or missing packaging caused after delivery  
• Items purchased on final sale or special promotion, unless defective  
• Products returned without prior approval  

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number  
• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item  
• A photo of the packaging, if applicable  

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Matrix Nation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
